Entry visa 

• To enter in Qatar a compulsory visa for each participant will be issued by Ministry of Interior of Qatar
• It is not allowed to enter in Qatar without this visa. (Costs will be borne by Local Organizing Committee)
• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry into the country (e.g. if the date
  of entry is 27/01 the passport must be valid until 27/06/2024).
• To obtain the entry visa, participants are requested to fill the following “Visa Form” : LINK FORM (withpassport copy) and achieve it as soon as possible, at least before January 15th, 2024, at 23:59 PM
• The Local Organizing Committee will take care of the necessary formalities and can’t guarantee the deliverance on time for received request after the deadline.
