Entry visa – Ehteraz pre-registration form – Ehteraz App

• To enter in Qatar a compulsory visa for each participant will be issued by Ministry of Interior of Qatar
• It is not allowed to enter in Qatar without this visa. (Costs will be borne by Local Organizing Committee)
• To obtain the entry visa, participants are requested to fill (by typing) the “Visa Form” and send it as soon as possible by email to visafencing22@gmail.com , at least before January 15th, 2022, at 23:59
  pm (UTC +3)
• The Local Organizing Committee will take care of the necessary formalities and can’t guarantee the deliverance on time for received request after the deadline.
• All participants need to obtain also the “Application form for advance registration” to enter in Qatar. This form will be delivered online after the delivery of entry visa starting 7 days before the travel date through the following official WEB site : www.ehteraz.gov.qa
• All detailed information with the attached tutorial.
  • This visa & pre-registration form must be printed and shown at departure airport check-in
• The tracking app (Ehteraz) must be downloaded and associated with your SIM card (international or local) – see attached tutorial.
