Visas – Exceptional Entry Permit (EEP)

• To enter in Qatar a compulsory visa called: “Exceptional Entry Permit”  (EEP) for each participant will be issued by Ministry of Interior of Qatar. The process will be managed by Qatar Fencing Federation.
• It is not allowed to enter in Qatar without this permit. (cost will be borne by Local Organizing Committee).
• In order to obtain the EEP, participants are requested to fill (by typing) the “EEP Request Form” and send it as soon as possible by email to visaqatgp2021@gmail.com ,  at least before March 5th,2021
• This EEP must be printed and shown at departure airport check-in
• The Local Organizing Committee will take care of the necessary formalities and can’t guarantee the deliverance on time for received request after the deadline (05/03/2021).
